Field Mediation Launch Toolkit

Written implementation support for any city or county that wishes to launch a field mediation response capability to 911 dispute calls. Can be implemented as a standalone response team or by cross-training an existing mobile team. This toolkit provides guidance across approximately one year of activities in four phases, with thirty practical tools and templates.

This toolkit aims to be a DIY resource, based on the Dayton Mediation Response Unit launch experience and provided free of charge thanks to a grant from the American Arbitration Association – International Center for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) Foundation.
